SIX MONTHS WHAT??
Basically, he grew up since the last post about him. So I have tons of pictures! I know you missed him.
He sits up so well now. I’m so proud!
He’s grown out of all his clothes…

and out of his carseat. Wow look how handsome!

He has all sorts of fun with Trevor now, who is apparently much more exciting than me!

This is probably because Trevor teaches him about the wind,

and about business,

and lets him stick his hands in the batter when Mom is not looking!

They also read stories together.

Max likes to read on his own too:

As for his life with me, he was really excited about returning to his toys that he missed while we were on vacation!

Sometimes we water the lawn together. The other day I saw this cool moth. When I first saw it, I only saw one wing set and the angle made it look like a paper bird head. I was so confused why one would be in our yard until it started moving and there were TWO bird heads!

Back to Max. We have fun together instead of getting enough sleep,

but he sure has learned how to whine. Today he whined ALL. DAY. LONG.

Except for when I was sitting right next to him catering to his every entertainment need… and he is so cute sitting… but basically he got sent to bed early tonight!!

Maybe tomorrow will be more full of happy times like this:

I think that was what started his whining today. I wouldn’t let him chew on the windowsill in his bedroom. He LOVES to look out the windows!
(Maybe my mother will be appalled that I put a picture of me in the bathtub on the internet, but I also wouldn’t mind if there was some more of this tomorrow…)

Can you just mail Max back to me? He’s so darn cute, and I just miss him too much. At least you look good in your bath picture. I wish I had a tub like that, but if I did, I wouldn’t be brave enough to post a picture!

Hey K! Love the new site! SO cute! Not to mention your son! He sure is handsome, you’re right, even at six months. Gonna have girls all the time on your front step! You guys look at home in your new home (I wish I had a spectacular new bath tub like yours!) but also here in CT. I am very very sorry I missed you while you were up here, but I’m sure you were very busy. Also, glad to see your outting to New London. Once upon a time, I thought New London was a scary city riddled with drugs and crime, then I got to know it (living here in Norwich, we go to New London all the time for stuff), and now I actually quite like it! Glad you do too! Oh, and PS that moth is cool!

Cute, cute, cute baby! It must be hard to resist him even on his bad days! And how did you get all those wonderful bubbles? All of mine seem to go away too quickly! What do you use!! (is this too personal a question?)

holy smokes, kaylene - this is quite a new design. so fancy with the tabs. everything looks amazing. i don’t think you should be referring to yourself as amatuer graphic designer (or was it web designer?). anyhoo, love the new layout and you can never fail with baby pictures - max is adorable. i always loved when my babies were finally sitting; it just seems to save your arms more when you can put them down in a sitting position. way to go max!

Where to start? Max has great chubby legs, and they will always love their dad’s more. I’ve just gotten used to that…and tell myself that it’s a good thing because I picked a great guy.
Nice tub!
